TIMINGS OF CHILLAH:-

There is no time bounding for Chillah but during the timings of prayers and time of ZAWAL should be avoided. Saints saying that time of 10:00 am at morning is suitable for Chillah. If doer want to do treatment on himself then Magrib prayer time is most suitable for him.
